Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide us 48 hours minimum notice or you will be charged 50% the total scheduled service. Repeat offenders and day-of cancellations are subject to be charged 100% total scheduled service.

Return Policy

Unused, unopened products and retail items may be returned within two weeks of purchase for store credit. We work hard to curate beautiful products for you to try. If you decide a used product is not for you, please consider gifting it to a friend — we bet they’ll love it!

Satisfactory Service

We want you to love your hair! While we do not offer refunds on services provided, we are happy to repeat a service to your satisfaction; please speak to your stylist within 72 hours of your original service. Re-do services must be scheduled with the original stylist.

Parking

Metered parking in the adjacent city lot is available to everyone and costs $1.50/hour (4 hours max). Most street parking in downtown Newburyport is free (2-hour limit). Please observe parking signage.

Running Late

Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Kids Cuts

We have lots of experience with kids cuts, and welcome well-behaved, cute littles in our shop. Please be advised that pricing is based on length of service. If your child’s service takes the same time as an adult service, that is the price they will be charged.

Our salon performs hair services only. If you’re looking for skin/nail services, please visit our neighbors — Polished — at 40 Pleasant.
